Lisa Ballam is an experienced marketing professional currently serving on the EOA Membership Council at the Employee Ownership Association, focusing on a three-year digital transformation strategy. As an elected Employee Trustee Director at Torchbox, a B Corp Certified organization, Lisa represents co-owners and oversees marketing initiatives that support the development of websites and digital marketing strategies for prestigious clients. Previously, Lisa held various roles at Bray Leino CX, including Marketing Manager and Account Director, where strategic marketing planning and integrated digital solutions were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes managing client relationships as Digital Account Director at Focus and serving as Client Liaison Manager at GDS International. Lisa holds a BA Hons in Corporate Communications from Solent University.
