Phil McMinn started their work experience in 2001 as a writer, performer, and producer in the music industry. Phil was a writer and performer with the bands Fell City Girl and The Winchell Riots, signed to Sony/BMG and X-Ray Touring. Phil had extensive live performances across the UK, including Reading & Leeds Festivals. In 2014, Phil joined Torchbox as a Senior Account Executive. Phil then worked as an Account Manager and Head of Search & Analytics before becoming the Director of Digital Marketing in June 2019.
Phil McMinn's education history begins in 1994 when they attended The Weald in Billingshurst, West Sussex. Phil studied there for five years, completing their secondary education, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
