Joined by Javier Solis, founder and CEO of Los Taxes, the First Latino Franchise of Tax Preparation in America in May 2007.  Javier has been serving the Latino Taxpayer  since 1990 and has created a management and marketing strategy, which is now being shared to all our franchisees.

The two companies merged in March 2019 becoming the only 100% Latinx owned tax Franchise and the largest in the country.
