Andrew Straus

Andrew Straus is a seasoned quality manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving in the role at The Toro Company since March 2022. Prior to this, Andrew held various positions at BTD, including quality manager, manufacturing engineering supervisor, and manufacturing engineer from May 2013 to March 2021. Andrew's background includes a role as a defensive coordinator and varsity lacrosse coach at Apple Valley High School, where mentorship of student-athletes was a key focus. Additional experience includes project management during a senior capstone project at Altec, quality control at GPM, Inc., and industrial production responsibilities at Bepex International LLC. Andrew began involvement in coaching with Bloomington Youth Lacrosse Association, contributing to multiple state champion teams. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2013.
