Cassie Sober

Cassie Sober, SPHR / SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR, Labor Relations and Experience at The Toro Company since 2014, where responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations for Global Manufacturing Operations with 2,400 employees across five locations. Prior to this role, Cassie held the position of HR Director at ProSource Technologies LLC, successfully increasing employee numbers significantly within a short timeframe, and provided employee relations support. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Gopher Resource LLC, where a comprehensive HR strategy was developed for multiple locations, and Manager of HR and Facilities at KRW International, managing HR and facilities programs. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
