Eric Redman

Eric Redman is an experienced professional in manufacturing and business systems, currently serving as TTC Business System Program Manager at The Toro Company since March 2020. In this role, Eric develops and embeds The Toro Company Business System (TBS) and Analytics into enterprise practices, managing and evolving its deployment. Previously, as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Eric led significant projects that resulted in considerable improvements to inventory and lead times. Eric's career includes roles at Resideo as a Production Engineer, where leadership and engineering initiatives led to substantial capital improvements, and at Honeywell, where Eric contributed to equipment optimization and process improvements. Eric holds an MBA from Augsburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
