Nichole Polifka

Nichole Polifka is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management at The Toro Company since August 2021. In this role, Nichole is responsible for the development and execution of strategic talent programs that enhance internal talent practices across the organization. Prior to this, Nichole held positions at Protolabs as a Sr. Talent Management & Development Specialist and at Minnesota Children's Museum as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist. Nichole's career includes significant roles in education and development, such as Director of Learning & Impact and Education & Professional Development Manager at Peace of Mind Early Education Center. Nichole holds a M.A. in Education from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Family Life/Human Development, Adult Education, and Early Childhood Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
