Susana Young

Susana Young is an experienced professional with a strong background in product lifecycle management (PLM), computer-aided design (CAD), and engineering services. Currently serving as a PLM/CAD Administrator at The Toro Company since January 2014, Susana oversees ECM, PDM, and PLM processes, as well as configuration management and CAD information management. Previous roles include Engineering Services Manager at Z Microsystems, where responsibilities encompassed managing interdepartmental product-related requests and coordinating demonstration units for sales, and various positions at DJO Global, Graphite Design Intl., KSC Industries Inc., and educational institutions, focusing on document control, CAD design, drafting instruction, and inspection of turbine engines. Susana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Instituto Tecnológico de Celaya and has pursued further education in CNC Machine Technology and Electronic Technician certification.
