Duncan Kerr

Duncan Kerr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, training, and environmental management. Currently serving as Director of Sustainability and Training at Toronto Hydro since August 2009, Duncan oversees training program development and execution, environmental policy implementation, and EHS management systems. Previous roles include managerial positions in training, environment, and safety at Toronto Hydro, along with significant experience at General Motors in material and safety supervision, as well as engineering roles in packaging and ergonomics. Duncan holds an MBA in Management and Information Systems from Wayne State University, an MSc in Biomechanics from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University, complemented by certifications in safety and environmental practices.
