Fakhri Mammadov

Fakhri Mammadov has extensive experience in IT infrastructure operations and cyber security, currently serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations & Cyber Security at Toronto Hydro since September 2011. Prior to this role, Fakhri worked as the Interim Director of IT Infrastructure Operations & Enterprise Architect at the same company. Previous positions include Network/Security Architect at Symcor from September 2005 to September 2011, Senior Data Communications and Security Engineer at the European Space Agency from May 2001 to July 2005, and Network/Systems Engineer at the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy from March 1999 to May 2001. Fakhri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Baku State University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
