Falguni Shah

Falguni Shah serves as the Director of Customer Connections & Key Account Services at Toronto Hydro since August 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for customer connections and managing large customer accounts, while aligning these strategies with organizational and regulatory objectives through stakeholder collaboration. Prior to this role, Falguni held the position of Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Elexicon Energy Inc. from April 2019 to August 2022, and acted as Vice President of Operations at Veridian Connections Inc. after serving as Manager of Distribution Automation at the same company. Falguni began a career in the energy sector as a Distribution Engineer at Oshawa PUC Networks, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Power Systems from Western University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
