Nana Amponsah

Nana Amponsah is a legal professional with extensive experience in construction law and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Construction Counsel at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since February 2024, Nana has held previous roles including Director of Legal Services at Infrastructure Ontario and Senior Legal Counsel at the City of Mississauga. Responsibilities have included providing legal advice on complex contracts and construction projects, overseeing legal teams, and advising stakeholders on procurement law, contract law, and dispute resolution. Earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Law Counsel at the Department of Justice Canada and as a Financial Services Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Nana holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor's degree from York University.
