Marie Pereira-Crockett, MA, PMP, BSP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance management, strategic planning, and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Portfolio Management Office in the CEO's Office at the Toronto Transit Commission since May 2019, Marie focuses on developing and reporting capital portfolio performance, corporate work planning, and enhancing project management processes and standards. Previously, Marie worked at Toronto Hydro for over a decade, contributing to performance management through KPI development, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier roles include business and research analyst positions at Maple Leaf Foods, as well as serving as Division Governor for Toastmasters International. Marie holds multiple certificates in strategic management, project management, finance and accounting, and strategic planning, along with a Master's degree in History and Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
