Yan He, Ph.D P. Eng, currently serves as the Project Director for Transit Expansion Assurance at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Yan Yan held several key positions at WSP in Canada, including Technical Director for International/Major Programs in Rail & Transit, and conducted significant advisory work on projects such as Bogota Metro Line 1 and the Metrolinx Subway Program. Yan He’s expertise also includes roles as Senior Systems Integration Expert for the Crossrail Project in London, Systems Manager for the Edmonton Metro Line North Extension, and Deputy Director for Systems Design and Installation on the TTC Scarborough Subway Extension. Additionally, Yan Yan has experience from WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff and Thales, with a strong academic background that includes a Ph.D. in Wireless Network from Università di Pisa and earlier studies at Hangzhou Dianzi University.
