Dr. Alexander Oswald has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dr. Alexander is currently working at Torqeedo as the Senior Vice President of Development & Global Service, where they lead a team in developing innovative low and high voltage products for marine and off-highway applications. Dr. Alexander also provides application engineering services to customers. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Global Service and Application Engineering at Torqeedo, as well as the Vice President of High Voltage Products. Dr. Alexander has also held positions at Kuehn Bauer & Partner and ILF Consulting Engineers, where they served as project coordinator and project leader, respectively. Dr. Oswald has a strong academic background, having worked as an academic councilor at Technische Universitat Muenchen and as a research assistant at Technische universitat muenchen.
Dr. Alexander Oswald completed their undergraduate education at Technische Universität München from 1999 to 2004. Dr. Alexander obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Elektro- und Informationstechnik. In addition, they received a certification as Sachkundiger Power Quality from VDE Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik e.V. in May 2012.
