Jose Mauricio Mallea is a seasoned Project Architect with extensive experience in construction administration and management within the architectural field. Currently employed at Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc. since December 2013, Mallea focuses on a mixed-use multifamily project comprising 700 units. Previous roles include Associate at SK&I Architectural Design Group, where Mallea managed construction administration for significant multifamily projects, and Project Manager for the Reliance Team, handling government service projects. Mallea has also held various positions across companies such as GSIpt and Foulger-Pratt, demonstrating expertise in project management, design, and construction across multiple sectors, including design-build and historical buildings. Mallea holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland.
