Vanessa Osorio

Vanessa Osorio is a seasoned design professional with expertise in user experience and product design, currently serving as the Director of Experience Design at Torticity since January 2022. At Torticity, Vanessa leads a design team to develop scalable systems and intuitive digital products for the legal industry, successfully implementing a collaborative design system that enhances efficiency. Previous roles include Lead Product Designer at Torticity, Lead UX Designer at MBO Partners, and Director of Product Design at Profitero, where Vanessa drove innovation through user research and the launch of a key in-app feature. Additional experience spans positions at PwC, HBO Latin America, Chewy, and Synechron, focusing on improving user interfaces and leading design teams. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and has a solid foundation in graphic design from Keiser University and Broward College.
