Rhett Phillips is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 14 years of experience. Rhett started their engineering career as a Composite Technician/Engineering Intern at MLB Company in May 2007 and worked there until September 2007. In April 2008, Rhett became Team Captain at Formula Hybrid SAE, a position they held until June 2009. From May 2008 until December 2019, Rhett served as a Mechanical Engineer at ImSAR LLC. In December 2019, Rhett moved to Teledyne FLIR as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, a position they held for three years until November 2022. Presently, Rhett is a Mechatronics Power Engineer at Torus since December 2022.
Rhett Phillips attended Brigham Young University from 2005 to 2009, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
