Musarat Kareem PMI-PMOCP™ is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations leadership. Currently serving as the Head of PMO at Xad Technologies since December 2023, Musarat spearheads strategic project governance and operational excellence while overseeing regional expansion in KSA and UAE. Previously, Musarat held the position of Vice General Manager in the Project Management Department at ZTE Corporation from June 2011 to April 2025, managing a diverse team to meet significant reconciliation targets for major telecom clients. Musarat's career also includes roles such as Manager of the Project Management Office for Telenor Projects and various positions within Zong CMPak Ltd., starting as a Customer Service Officer. Musarat holds an EMBA in Project Management from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Urdu from the University of Peshawar.
