Titilope Odejobi (ACIPM, MSC) is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at Torus Mara since April 2022. Prior to this role, Titilope held the position of Human Resources Executive at Soft Alliance and Resources Ltd from March 2020 to April 2022 and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Novartis for six months in 2019. Early in 2013, Titilope gained experience as a Finance Associate at Emerald Microfinance Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both obtained from Covenant University.
