Andre Chinkan

Andre Chinkan is a seasoned IT management professional with extensive experience in support services and help desk operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of IT Support Services at Tory Burch since November 2016, Andre oversees multiple support teams, mentors management personnel, and develops standard operating procedures. Prior roles include Director of Cloud Helpdesk at External IT, where Andre built an international help desk and coached a large team, as well as Director and Associate Director of the Global Support Group at Eze Castle Integration, focusing on managing multiple teams, developing training processes, and aligning strategies with corporate objectives. Andre holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
