Shannon Gilleland

Shannon Gilleland is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing technology and digital content management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology at Torys LLP since January 2022, Gilleland previously contributed to Stikeman Elliott LLP for over 20 years in various capacities, including Manager of Digital Content & CRM, where responsibilities included overseeing the corporate website, managing the firm's CRM and eMarketing technology platforms, and leading significant marketing technology projects. Gilleland's earlier roles at Stikeman Elliott encompassed CRM Program Manager and Client Services Coordinator, culminating in a comprehensive understanding of client relationship management and digital interface enhancements. Gilleland began a career in marketing at Citibank and holds a Marketing Diploma from Sheridan College and a BA in Sociology and History from Wilfrid Laurier University.
