Shirin Mirsaeidi

Shirin Mirsaeidi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory services. Currently, Shirin serves as a Partner in the Legal Project Solutions division at Deloitte Canada, a position held since January 2019, and previously held the role of Director in the same division. Concurrently, Shirin is the Head of Legal Project Management at Torys LLP, overseeing the legal project management group and applying formal project management techniques to corporate matters. Shirin has worked as a Corporate, M&A, and Securities Associate since 2011, representing private equity funds and various sophisticated clients. Previous experience includes serving on the AGO Next Committee at the Art Gallery of Ontario and working as an Associate at Goodmans LLP, where responsibilities included cross-border transactions and compliance documents. Shirin holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a BA with First Class Honours in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, along with PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Shirin has been involved with the Canadian Board Diversity Council since 2012.
