Cathleen Lauer

Cathleen Lauer, MBA, currently serves as the Service Operations Manager at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since March 2021. Previously, Lauer accumulated 19 years of experience at IBM, holding various roles including Customer Experience Manager, where a new digital customer experience strategy was executed. Lauer also worked as Automation Global Program Manager, establishing a project office for a major global initiative that scaled operations significantly. As a Business Operations Leader, Lauer contributed to the launch of the Dubuque Delivery Center, addressing logistical challenges in a new facility. In the role of Global Sales Operations Manager, Lauer provided operational leadership to high-revenue clients, while previous experience as Corporate Internal Auditor involved leading audits across Latin America. Lauer obtained a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
