Luaskya C. Nonon, Esq., CPEC, CDP®, CECC is the CEO and Founder of Equity Principle Consulting, established in February 2021, where services focus on advising corporate clients in developing equitable and inclusive cultures through sustainable DEI programs. Luaskya also serves as Deputy General Counsel and DEI Task Force Chair at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since April 2013, having held multiple roles including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel there. Prior legal experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Hill-Rom Company, Inc. and various positions at IBM. Luaskya holds a JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Psychology and Spanish from New York University.
