Vinessia Fisher Hankins

Vinessia Fisher Hankins, PMP, currently serves as the Sr. Engineering Manager for Hardware Development Operations at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing mechanical engineering, environmental compliance, and human factors. Prior to this role, Vinessia was a program manager at Lenovo and served a lengthy tenure at IBM, where positions included Executive Technical Assistant to the Software VP and Senior Development Manager, managing global teams and complex projects in system management solutions. Additional experience includes a production supervisor role at Lockheed Martin and a board member for the Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering Advisory Council at FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. Vinessia holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, alongside an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Pensacola Junior College.
