Additional experience includes roles as Senior Recruiter at Schnitzer Steel, Division Director at Robert Half Management Resources, and various managerial positions in the staffing industry, culminating in over two decades of expertise in recruitment and human resources. Cathy earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Idaho State University.
