As a nonprofit health care and human services organization operating in the DC and Maryland region for nearly two decades, Total Care Services, Inc. has implemented a holistic service model targeted toward supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home and in the community. We approach services from the perspective that facing challenges should not preclude a person from full inclusion in the community.
