Alexis Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project estimation and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Project Estimator at Total Facility Solutions since July 2008, Alexis has been responsible for preparing comprehensive cost estimates across various project phases in industries such as semiconductor, electronics, and renewable energy. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Estimator at Kinetics and as a CAD Mechanical Designer/Engineering Technician at ISS Corp, where expertise in mechanical as-built and design for petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals was demonstrated. Alexis also held piping designer positions at Kinetics and Bermudez & Longo S.E. Educational qualifications include Associate's degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
