Becca Rawlings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner - People & Culture at Total Media since April 2017, Becca has held several leadership roles including Head of People, Culture & Business, and Head Of Business Services. Prior to this, Becca was the Office Manager at Minnow Films, an award-winning independent production company, and the Co-Founder of The Secret Illness, a global creative arts initiative focused on obsessive compulsive disorder. Additional experience includes positions as Office Manager/Recruitment Coordinator at bis recruit ltd, HR Team Administrator at GlencoreXstrata Plc, and Deputy Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN. Becca holds a BA Hons in Acting from ALRA and a Foundation Degree in Acting from East 15.
