Elaine Miller

Elaine Miller is an accomplished consultant and partner with extensive expertise in procurement and negotiation strategies. Currently serving as a consultant at Total Negotiation Group since November 2021, Elaine delivers tailored training programs for procurement negotiators across various industries, including CPG/FMCG, telecommunications, and financial services. Previously, Elaine was a partner at CEP Associates and held several pivotal roles at First Milk Ltd as Group Purchasing Manager, where a significant purchasing strategy was developed to enhance profitability. Additionally, Elaine's tenure at Mars included serving as Vice President Purchasing and European Purchasing Director, where expertise ranged from establishing procurement divisions to managing large teams and complex contracts. Other notable experiences include a non-executive directorship at HaloSource, contributing to its successful IPO, and a foundational role at Nestlé S.A. as a Senior Quality Scientist. Elaine holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Food Science from the University of Leeds and has completed several advanced strategic and financial courses, including leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
