Phil Humphreys

Phil Humphreys is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Associate at Total Negotiation Group since May 2015, Phil focuses on capability development in negotiation and revenue management. As the Owner and Founder of PHC Consultancy Ltd, established in January 2015, Phil specializes in Business Leadership and enhancing small business performance. Previously, Phil held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Coca Cola SABCO from 2010 to 2015, overseeing operations across multiple countries in the region. Phil also served as Managing Director for Global Travel and the Middle East at Diageo plc from 2005 to 2010 and as Commercial Director/VP for Global Customers at Nestlé from 1999 to 2005. Educationally, Phil holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from The University of Sheffield and is pursuing an MBA through a Program for Executive Development at IMD Business School.
