David Teixeira, CSP, CHMM, serves as the Area HSE Manager for Total Safety US, Inc. since November 2012, where responsibilities also include the role of Regional HSEQ Director and participation in the LPS+ Core Team. Previously, David held the position of Technical Lead - Environmental, Safety & Health Professional at United Space Alliance from April 2005 to October 2012. With a strong background in project management from roles at Professional Service Industries, Inc. and Separation Systems Consultants, Inc., David is recognized for expertise as a Certified Safety Professional, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and other certifications in safety and health management. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
