Adina Gurgu is the ERP PostImplementation and BI Director at TotalSoft. Adina has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and has worked with some of the biggest companies in the world.
Adina started their career as a programmer and control engineer with Flintab in August 1997. Adina worked on various projects, including a monitoring and controlling software for loading/unloading wagons with gasses (LPG system) and a weighing control system for the melted steel produced by British Steel.
In July 1994, they joined ICE FELIX SA as a software engineer. Adina worked on various projects, including developing software for the banking industry. Adina left ICE FELIX SA in July 1997 to join TotalSoft.
Adina Gurgu has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University (OU) Business School in the United Kingdom. Adina also has a Master / Postuniversitary degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University (OU) Business School in the United Kingdom. In addition, they have a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Automatics and Computers from Polytechnics University of Bucharest in Romania. Finally, they have a degree in Mathematics and Physics from I.L.Caragiale Mathematics and Physics High School in Ploiesti, Romania.
They work with Dirim Nasuhogullari - EAS ERP Delivery Director, Cosmin Ciobanu - HR Director, and Gabriela Leca - HCM Director. Adina Gurgu reports to Gorkem Tursucu, CEO.
