Chris Paouros

Chris Paouros is a consultant specializing in culture, strategy, leadership, and operational excellence, with experience spanning various sectors, including business, charity, and sports. Since June 2016, Chris has been driving organisational change and fostering healthy cultures while serving in key roles such as the Chair of the Fan Advisory Board at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and as a panel member for the Premier League's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Standard. Additional contributions include developing the Premier League's Gender Equality strategy, consulting for Project 17, and holding positions with various football and charity organizations, including Vice Chair roles at Kick It Out and the Football Supporters' Association. Chris is also a Council Member with The Football Association and holds a trustee role at Just Like Us. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Birmingham, completed in 1995.
