Diego Martins

Diego Martins is an experienced professional in technical support and project management, currently serving as the Coordenador de suporte técnico at TOTVS since December 2024, leading the Support AMS team for the Ahgora system. Prior experience includes roles as an Especialista AMS at Ahgora by TOTVS, where expertise in requirements gathering, system implementation, and user training was demonstrated. Diego also founded and managed Restaurante Delícias da Vovó Lu - Delivery, overseeing all operational aspects. Previous positions include Gerente de projetos at Senior Sistemas and Apdata, managing the implementation of various system modules, alongside providing consultancy and support services in earlier roles. Diego holds a degree in Gestão de Sistemas da Informação from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
