Renato Alves is a seasoned technology and product management professional with extensive experience in leading digital solutions and ERP development within the retail sector. Currently a member at Open Mind Brazil since July 2023, Renato has served in various leadership roles at TOTVS since August 2017, overseeing product development for the company's top-growing ERP and digital solutions, with a strong focus on data and artificial intelligence. Previous roles include serving as CTO and CPO at WiseIT Solutions, where Renato directed digital transformation efforts for major retail clients, and Senior IT Manager at Lojas Riachuelo, responsible for governance and technology infrastructure. Renato pursued higher education at institutions such as The George Washington University School of Business and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, attaining qualifications in project management and strategic IT management.
