Elias Chamoun

Elias Chamoun has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Team Leader at touch Lebanon since September 2012. In this role, Elias implemented a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management tool and configured relevant rules. Prior to this position, Elias worked at Alfa managed by Orascom Telecom, focusing on quality of service through auditing and monitoring 2G and 3G radio KPIs. Earlier experience includes involvement in DSL infrastructure and fiber optics at OGERO. Elias holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering from Université Antonine, earned between 2007 and 2012.
