Jessica Thompson has extensive work experience in the field of software and technology. Jessica started their career in 2007 as a Rollout Specialist at Uhlig, where they collaborated with the software development department to create customized real estate-related software. Jessica also traveled to clients' locations to research business rules and train them on the customized software. Jessica documented all software implementations and created training materials.

In 2010, Jessica joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as a Software Support Analyst. In this role, they provided technical support to clients, troubleshooting software issues and resolving technical problems. After three years, they were promoted to the position of Product Consultant.
