Currently serving as a Software Support Analyst at TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. since May 2012, Marlon previously held the position of Technical Sales Support Engineer at Digital Ally Inc. from July 2006 to January 2012, where an initial role as the first product support engineer led to a promotion to Product Support Manager.
