Shannon Skoglund

Shannon Skoglund has a strong background in software delivery and quality assurance. Shannon began their career at Perceptive Software in 2006 as a Release Engineer and worked there until 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing software releases.

In 2012, Shannon joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as a Software Delivery Project Manager. Shannon'swork focused on making software delivery more efficient and reliable. Shannon successfully led the transition to a centralized knowledge base for install and upgrade procedures, as well as created scripts to streamline debugging processes.

In 2015, Shannon was promoted to Manager, Software Delivery where they continued to excel in managing the software delivery process. Later, they transitioned into the role of Senior QA Analyst in 2017, where they have been contributing their expertise in quality assurance.

Shannon Skoglund has a diverse educational background with degrees in both engineering management and computer science. Shannon first attended The University of Kansas from 2001 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Shannon later returned to the same university from 2008 to 2011 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management.
