Troy Knoell began their work experience in 1993 at Black & Veatch as a Senior Software Analyst. Troy held this position until 2003. In the same year, they joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Lead Software Engineer in December 2016.
