Asad Jalib

Asad Jalib, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Finance at Tough Commerce, a VC-backed B2B SaaS start-up focused on operations software for construction suppliers in Canada, the USA, and Australia. In addition, Asad holds the position of Vice President of Operations at tiptap, and previously worked as a Senior Manager of Operations at Amazon, overseeing a large team and consistently surpassing significant operational targets. Asad is also the founder and former CEO of DirtMarket, North America's largest soil marketplace. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of Brock University Students' Union, managing a substantial budget, and vice president of finance at HP. Asad has also made contributions in various operational roles across companies like Dynacare, while achieving success as a YouTuber and founder of Empire Fitness Canada. Currently, Asad is a CPA candidate, with an educational background from the University of Toronto and Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
