Currently serving as Email Marketing Manager at Tough Mudder since October 2022, Joan leads CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and marketing programs. Previously, as a Marketing Advisor at Compass, Joan provided exceptional client service and developed strategic marketing plans. Joan's early career includes roles at Groupon, American Hotel Register Company, BJB Properties, and Drummond, LLC, where responsibilities ranged from merchandising operations to event coordination. Joan holds an MBA in Marketing from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Cinema from DePaul University.
