Melissa Natawake is an experienced Business Events/ MICE Manager currently employed at Tourism Fiji since July 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Rosie Holidays Fiji from June 2016 to July 2022, providing support in event management by assisting with corporate event design, supplier sourcing, and onsite management. Previous positions include Sales Executive at South Sea Cruises Group and Sales & Marketing Corporate, MICE & Groups at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, where Melissa managed events from planning to follow-up. Early career experience includes Event Planner at Island Hideaway Stradebroke. Melissa holds a Diploma in Project Management from The University of the South Pacific and has participated in the Pacific Islands Tourism Professional Fellows program at the East-West Center.
