Tana Tosto

Tana Tosto has extensive experience in operations and service management, currently serving as Service Manager and Operations Manager at Tourneau since July 2013, overseeing daily operations at a flagship location generating over $50 million in revenue. Responsibilities include managing various departments such as Finance, Inventory, Mailroom, Reception, and Facilities. Prior to this role, Tana worked as Assistant Service Manager at Tourneau, conducting inventory audits and supervising staff. Tana's experience also includes serving as Operations Lead at Ralph Lauren, managing cash flow for multiple stores and ensuring compliance during audits, as well as a similar role at Burberry, where training and financial reporting responsibilities were key. Tana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
