Gai Spann

Gai Spann has held a variety of roles in the travel industry. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Experience Lead for Mainsail Lodging & Development. In 2020, they were Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Association of Black Travel Professionals, Business Development Director for Ensemble Travel Group, and Business Development Manager for Apple Leisure Group. Prior to that, in 2019, they were a Senior Partnership Manager for TourRadar. In 2004, they began their career as the Owner of STG Tours, a full service travel agency specializing in customized travel experiences for groups and individuals.

Gai Spann obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's Of Science in Economics from University of Pennsylvania between 1986 and 1990. In April 2020, they obtained a Hospitality Management certification from Florida Atlantic University. In 2020, they began their Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Florida International University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
