Erik Endler

Erik Endler serves as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Managing Director at Tower Partners since April 2013, where expertise in advising on sell-side and buy-side engagements has contributed to over $15 billion in value for various clients. Additionally, Erik has held leadership roles at the Capital Area Soccer Referees' Association since 2016, currently acting as President and Chairman of the Board. With extensive experience in soccer officiating, Erik has been a referee for the United States Soccer Federation, United States Futsal Federation, and National Federation of High Schools since 1992, participating in high-level assignments including state and national championship games. Previous investment banking roles included positions at Oppenheimer & Co., CIBC World Markets, and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, focusing on consumer and business services. Erik holds a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame, graduated in 1999, and completed high school at Mount Saint Joseph High School in 1995.
