Martin Boyer is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the marine industry and business development. Currently serving as the Texas Business Development Manager for Latham, The Pool Company since November 2024, Martin oversees the establishment and performance of the Texas region, focusing on recruiting and closing new Latham Fiberglass Pool Dealers while achieving substantial growth in new accounts. Previously, Martin was an Operating Partner at Tower Partners, joining in February 2023 after successfully selling Austin Boats & Motors, Inc., where Martin served as President from November 2015 to April 2022 following a 24-year tenure in various leadership roles, including Vice President/General Manager and Finance and Sales Manager. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Language with a concentration in Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
