Ciprian Balan

Ciprian Balan is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Director of Investments at WTW since July 2022, after previously holding the position of Associate Director in the same department. Prior to WTW, Ciprian Balan worked at EY from September 2012 to June 2022, where the roles included Manager of Investment Consulting and Risk Associate in Financial Crime. Earlier experience includes a position as a Student Researcher in the Mathematics Department at the University of Sheffield from June 2010 to July 2011. Ciprian Balan holds an MSc in Statistics and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from The University of Sheffield.
